Returns & Exchanges

At VoguishVille, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy outlines how returns and exchanges work so there are no surprises.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

After this window, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged (see Section 4 below).

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase — You must have your receipt, order confirmation email, or order number.
  • Original condition — The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Tags attached — All original tags and labels must still be on the item.
  • Original packaging — The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us

Email [email protected] or reach out via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return.

Get approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Ship the item back

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Receive your refund or exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of the 2-day window.

In line with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) 2018, you have the right to a refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The item does not match the description on our website (wrong size, colour, or product).

Please contact us with photos of the issue as soon as possible. We will cover return shipping for defective items.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Online orders (card payment) — Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • POS / In-store purchases — Refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
  • Shipping costs — Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

6. Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to help:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll offer a refund instead.
  • If the exchange item has a higher price, you'll need to pay the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the balance.
  • Exchanges follow the same 2-day window and eligibility conditions as returns.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective):

  • Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without tags or original packaging
  • Gift cards

8. In-Store (POS) Returns

Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged at the same location within the 2-day window. Please bring:

  • Your receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item in original condition with tags attached
  • A valid form of identification
