• Errors — In the rare event of a pricing or product listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Payment — We accept payments via debit/credit cards and bank transfers processed through Paystack. Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed.
• Order confirmation — You will receive an email confirming your order once payment is verified. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract.
• Cancellation — Once an order has been confirmed and is being processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times — Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on your location and the shipping option selected. These are estimates, not guarantees.
• Shipping costs — Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and are displayed at checkout before payment.
• Risk of loss — Once an order has been delivered to the address you provided, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.
• Incorrect address — We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Key points:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund regardless of the return window, in accordance with the FCCPA.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable unless defective.
